All those young graduates or pre-graduate students who are on the go to search a job for themselves in the near future, may join Daniel Johns summer offer to work as an internee. This programme will allow them to get acquainted with the various aspects of the property industry and will give them a chance to learn the essential skills required to flourish in this field. Apart from this they will get an experience certificate of working with Daniel Johns which can be added to their fresh CVs that would also give them confidence of working with a highly organized company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Sales Executive to execute property sales to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service; and identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow future business.

Duties include:
  • Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Excellent understanding of the Real Estate local/global market and process in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Property Sales
  • A go getter and target oriented.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.

Initial Responsibilities include:
  • Updating and keeping the content of the company website relevant and up-to-date
  • Delivering pioneering, engaging and commercially viable content for each project
  • Provide content across all social media channels and other main stream channels about company’s new project launch
  • Research media trends and opportunities to raise company’s awareness online
  • Explore ways to expand digital communications exposure
  • Research into property investment trends to keep up-to-update with current trends in the market
Skills required:
  • Minimum degree level qualified and ideally at least 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with Facebook and other social media applications
  • Highly creative with a flair for the imaginative
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
Initial Responsibilities include:

  • International travel to countries such as Far East Asia and the Middle East will be
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
  • Develops and contributes in business expansion by following up on potential leads with face-to-face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Identifies business opportunities whilst mitigating risks to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
  • Performs other ad hoc duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager.
Skills required:
  • Good understanding of the Real Estate local/global market and process in the life cycle of a real estate transaction.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Property Sales
  • A go getter and target oriented
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including but not limited to customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
