New launch of our latest Regent 88 franchise development in Liverpool. After the successfully delivery of two Regent 88 projects, the demand of the offices investment increased among the investors.
A luxury apartment project of our DJ Suites franchise was launched in the Hertfordshire, under 30 minutes by train to the Capital: London. A project primarily aimed at young professionals who want to work in London and want to enjoy the tranquility of the Hertfrodshire.
We launched DJ Suites Harkness and DJ Suites Trafford in 2017. We further launched another high-end luxury brand Boulevard in the Manchester, the "One Boulevard".

Daniel Johns entered into the property development as launched itself as a property developer with its ist ever serviced accommodation in Bradford, the DJ Suites, Bradford. We launched our another serviced suites investment in Leeds, the DJ Suites Leeds.
Daniel Johns started student accommodation investment sales in the UK market as well as in Middle East, South Asia, China, UAE and USA market. Student accommodation properties was the No. 1 asset class to invest in and investors from all across the globe invested in student accommodation in Bradford, Nottingham and Manchester.
We operated in the USA property market between 2008-2011. Our USA property company bought repossessed properties from the bank in Atlanta, Georgia, Michigan, Florida, New York. We sold these properties after refurbishment to investors in USA and rest of the world. Properties prices have triple-fold over the years and investors are earning excellent rental returns.
The journey of the Daniel Johns Group began in 2003. We started first as a property investment company in the Dubai property market. We successfully sold number of developments projects to investors from all across the globe.
